TAI CHI & TCM
Tai Chi and TCM traditionally were connected and used together to treat patients in China. There is a growing database of research on how Tai Chi is effective both as preventive medicine and to address specific health issues. As a 10 year Tai Chi practitioner, Jason found that Tai Chi is more than just physical therapy, it also enable him to have a deeper experience of how the Qi (energy) flows in the body. Thus able to offer diagnosis and then prescribe Tai Chi movements / postures based on patients’ needs. He is a disciple of Master Liu and volunteers at Yuan Shi Tai Chi Quan Dao (www.taichivancouver.net).
